The recipient is responsible for any costs exceeding this amount. The travel credit is paid directly to the agency, is not redeemable for cash, and must be booked within 6 months from the official closing date—the date the land sale transaction is finalized.

The travel credit is transferable and may be used to send anyone, as designated in writing by the original recipient, to Hawaii. All applicable taxes, additional expenses, and adherence to the agency's booking terms are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
